Q. Hello, The 3rd tooth from the back at the top left side of my mouth hurts when i bite something hard. The pain lasts for between 5-10 minutes and then goes. I try to move the food i am eating right to the back of my mouth but sometimes i accidentally bite with the problem tooth which is ok for soft foods but extremely painful for hard foods. I have now started to develop pain in my temple area and am begining to wonder if this is a direct result of whats occuring in the area where the problem tooth is. thnka you
