Hi i have not been to a dentist in 16 years..but for the last month on and off my wisdom tooth has been very sore. im so scared of coming to dentist ,but need help with this pain

I had a fixed brace them my wisdom teeth came through and now they are crooked

I had a fixed brace as a teenager however my wisdom teeth grew in very soon after having my brace removed meaning that my bottom teeth are no longer straigth and my top front teeth have been pushed forward making them crooked, as well as my bite being completely offline. I am unsure what is would be the best and fastest treatment for me and would welcome any advice you could give. Thank you.
