What Treatments are Best for Enamel Damage?

Hi Dr Hughes. I’m quite sick and have suffered with bulimia on and off for the past year, being sick every few months.
My teeth feel strong and are still white, but I’m aware of enamel damage that can occur among other problems.
If my teeth are damaged, what treatment is available in cosmetic dentistry? And what is the price guide for treatments offered to patients like this?

Can Veneers Treat an Underbite?

Good morning Dr Hughes. Can you advise me on if I can have veneers fitted to effectively correct am underbite (my bottom teeth sit over my top teeth)?  I wish to improve my teeth with veneers, but with the top teeth veneers appearing over the bottom ones, rather than the way my teeth sit now. Is this possible, and how would it be achieved?

Also, would you be able to advise me on the costing of this? Thank you in advance.

I Have A Big Gap Between My Two Front Teeth And I Never Smile. What Would Be The Best Procedure For This?

Hi Mark. I would be so grateful for your advice. I have a big gap between my 2 front teeth and I never smile because of it. I am just wondering what would be the best procedure to close it? I’d also like to know the price of this procedure and the pros and cons involved.
I really want the gap gone or even just a little bit smaller as it is too big and people make fun of me because of it. I have heard about cosmetic bonding and I am interested in that. I have also seen on YouTube about rubber bands that can close the gap but I am not sure if this is safe. I hope you can help.

Hello Dr Gambroudes. I like the nice shape of my teeth but I just hate the colour – they are more yellow than white. I was just wondering what would be the best option to make them look nice and white? I’m not looking for whitening treatment – I would be rather interested in any other permanent option like for example veneers – but now sure if this is the best option for a person like me or if there is something else? I’m a 34 years old woman.

I have a mild underbite which I’d like to be fix (or improve the look of).

I’d like to know if it is really possible to fix the look of a mild underbite, (narrow upper jaw) without surgery?

I’ve done some research and I found a few places in the US where they do it.
I can’t find any cosmetic dental surgery where they fix the underbite look without surgery.

Hi Mark. I would like to know how much it will cost for veneers and 6-8 front teeth and then to whiten all of the teeth. With a 6 months smile.

I have a gap between my teeth which I would like to close, also the enamel has eroded away on the top of my front teeth since I have had my daughter and the dentist has filled it but it doesn’t look nice. My second tooth on the right was chipped as a teenager and has now been filled with filling and my teeth are yellow and I want them to be white. Thank you for your time.

Hi Mark, I have been wanting a smile makeover for a while now and I am a bit confused on what to get.
I have been told most of my teeth are okay except the four front ones where I have two crowns at the top and I need two veneers at the bottom.
I hate the colour and the size of my teeth, and most are slightly worn down the further back they go.
My ideal would be to have all the teeth removed and replaced with implants or something along those lines. Is this possible even when most of my teeth are supposedly fine? Is there any advice you can give me? Thanks.

Hi Marcus, Could you tell me the best way to have straighten the teeth quickly if you have 2 high teeth (fangs) in the upper gums. I need this done quickly as jobs depend on this and I need straight white teeth asap. I have thought about having veneers but I’m not sure of the best place to go, either here or abroad. I would be very grateful for your advice, and if going abroad will be a lot cheaper could you advise me of someone reputable please. Hello Dr Gambroudes. My two front teeth are longer than my lips. This makes me open my whole mouth wide just to say a single word. I have little to no confidence or self esteem.
