Dear Doctor Mark, I tried using a new toothpaste called Regenerate as I tend to drink too many acidic drinks and was surprised to find it cured my sensitivity. Is it ok to use the toothpaste long term or should you alternate it with normal toothpaste? Also are there any issues about using mouthwash when using this product, i.e. will it interact or undo some of the benefit? Sorry if my questions are not very complex, but my dentist did not know. Thank you.

Can I Use Regenerate Toothpaste on a Long-Term Basis?
Thursday, August 27th, 2015Hello Dr Moore. My Teeth Are Ridiculously Sensitive. Which Dental Treatment Can Help Me Instead Of Just Using Toothpastes?
Wednesday, May 7th, 2014Hello Dr. Moore. My teeth are ridiculously sensitive, I have tried lots of different toothpastes to try and reduce their sensitivity but nothing will offer me relief. It’s getting very frustrating as it’s everything that is slightly cold or hot causes me pain and toothache. I was basically wondering if there was any dental treatment that could help my teeth instead of just using toothpastes and such? Any advice you can offer would be very much appreciated. I look forward to reading your response, Thank you in advance.
Good Afternoon. Do You Have Any Particular Toothpaste Recommendations For Gingivitis?
Thursday, October 31st, 2013 Good afternoon. Which toothpaste do you recommend to be best for hygiene and freshness?
Would you recommend an antibiotic for gingivitis?
Shall I ask my GP to prescribe me a particular product?
I am considering teeth whitening.
My only concerns before I make an appointment are:
How long will it last?
Do I have to purchase expensive products to maintain it?
Sorry, I am just trying to decide if it’s worth it.
Kind Regards.
What Toothpaste Should I Use For Taking Care Of My New Veneers?
Tuesday, June 18th, 2013Hi,
I have just had porcelain veneers fitted and wanted to know what is the best toothpaste to use that won’t scratch or dull the surface?
I have only just recently had them fitted, about a week ago. I would like to keep them for as long as possible because they did cost me a lot of money. Unfortunately, I forgot to discuss with my dentist which toothpaste would be good for keeping them clean. I know a lot of toothpastes on today’s market are quite abrasive to actual teeth, never mind on veneers. Are there any toothpastes available that are especially designed to work on veneers for example? I don’t mind how much the toothpaste costs, it would be ideal if there was one available that would help my veneers last longer, maybe have a protective coating for example? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you for any advice in advance, kind regards.
