Q.
I’m 18 years old. The last 2 years i’ve had alot of issues with my depression and anxiety, so my teeth and gums have been the least of my worries. I have been drinking fizzy drinks and eating junk pretty much everyday without hardly brushing them. I’m getting alot better now and decided to go dentist for the first time in 2 years. Obviously i wasn’t expecting my teeth to be great. My dentist said there not too bad but i do have some problems, like slightly discoloured and a few holes in the back ones. I had 2 fillings today and he was shocked to find out the holes were bigger than he thought they were, he said he could try his best but if worst comes to worst i would have to get them taken out. I was wondering is removing them my only option? I don’t want to hit 19 and have false teeth, i see celebs have perfect white teeth and there not false. If you could be of any help it will be very much appreciated thank you,
