I am wanting my teeth whitened i have had it done before with bad results. Also i still have two baby teeth which are my upper fangs, my dentist says they will just fall out my smile looks fine but my baby teeth annoy me could i have something done with them i am 24 years of age now and looking at veneers??? the teeth are all straight the gum is just coming away from the baby teeth look’s like it need’s filling in. I am really intrested in veneers, i have a gap between my two front teeth and would look some veneers to close this and was thinking i may only need 4 veneers and the rest whitening? i know i will have to come for a consulation but would you be able to give me a rough essitmate on prices?? I’m 18 and have really bad teeth, they make me self conscious and insecure about my appearance. My front left tooth is a crown as I had an accident which broke my natural tooth. The tooth to the left of that is in bad shape, and possibly needs removing and a new one putting there. My teeth are also discoloured and this is a major issue for me these past couple of years. I haven’t tried any whitening products that you can buy etc because my crown matches the colour of the rest of my teeth so if I had them whitened then the crown right at the front would stand out. I just want to smile with confidence, and would like some advice on what I should do? Would it be possible to sort my teeth out in one day? because I don’t want to be walking around with even more dodgy looking teeth as I go to university and I would be really embarrassed. Hope you can offer my some advice. I am very self conscious about my smile. I am also very nervous!

Dear Mr Patel, I have six porcelein veneers fitted four on top centre and two lower centre. When whitening with home kit could this potentially loosen my porcelein veneers. The reason I ask it may be purely co-incidental but recently I have had two of them fall out within a month of each other they were fitted in 2000. I am considering having crowns fitted the next time one of my veneers breaks or falls out would it be a more benefical way in the long term I was advised if I keep getting my veneers replaced my original tooth with shorten and I may eventually end up with not having enough tooth for the veneer to stick onto. I would very much appreciate your thoughts on both my concerns. Kindest regards,

Number 1: they are yellow… i had tried whitening tooth paste for a long time(over 1 year) and not much changed.

Number 2:they are… not straight .

I would like to know what costs are involved in straightening and whitening. I also want to mention that i would not like braces…

I would like to have them at least straight in maximum 3 months, if that is possible.
Forgot to mention that I am 18 years old.

Hi, I am wondering if you are able to chip/scrap of the bottoms of the tooth so that they are all equal and straight. Also I would like to have my gaps filled and teeth whitened however I’m only a teenager, I’m 15 so I doubt my teeth would have not full developed. Would you only do this on extreme conditions or if I was to request it, also how much would this cost? I have done some research and I have found baking soda does actually help whiten your teeth. Anyway thank you for taking the time to read my dilemma hope you can help thanks.

my daughter has lingual behind her teeth hidden braces at the top,she also has 4crowns two top middle and one either side,her braces have only been in 10days and already her two side crowns have fine cracks along the bottom,does this mean she is not suitable for braces,and should just get new crowns an teeth whitened to make her smile nice, as she is also meant to be having bottom braces fitted soon,but if the top crowns cannot hold a brace without crumbling,not much point in wasting her money,she is 40yrs old,what is your opinion please.

hello, i have a problem with my teeth, i brush my teeth twice, sometimes even three times a day however i cant get my teeth to look white, i am not bothrered if it look just a bit white or really white but i just dont understand why i cant get it to look white after brushing my teeth so many times, can you find a solution for me please or tell me what i can do, i changed my toothpaste and always change the brush but dont seem to make any difference, i am thinking to get my teeth whitened but can i avoid that and use something to make it look whiter, i really need your help

I’m only 16, but am desperate to improve the look of my discoloured teeth. I have also chippedmy two front teeth, so have two composite fillings in place. I have never had very white teeth, so have been warned that having my teeth bleached or whitened may result in no change. I’ve been looking into veneers and lumineers, but of course each are expensive and i’ve already had to start saving now. Which method would you recommend for me, that is best quality for money with regards to how long they last, and as least pain as possible.

i want some advice on a discoloured tooth as it looks grey, from too much filling and when i smile i you can see it, wanted to know what to do, had a consultation with a private dentist locally but he said it would cost £600 for a veneer, thats quite alot of money, also have a gap on my lower mouth two teeth missing, is there anything i could do to solve this problem, maybe a bridge or something, also would like my teeth whiten, i dont know if nhs dentish do all this or not, but its getting me down as the rest of the teeth are ok. thank you for your time.
