<p>                                Hi.. I would just want to tell you my condition. My teeth inside my 4crowns hurt for 6days now.. I can feel the sensitivity of my teeth. It ache too much especially when I drink cold water and when I go outside. It just started when the climate changes, but during the summer I didn&#8217;t feel this. I know it will cost me too much here to have them replace. is there any alternative I can do to ease the pain? <p>                                I had a bridge done, while I had a temporary I had no problems with pain. Since the day I had the permanent bridge put on I have pain, head ache, ear ache as soon as I have cold or hot foods. When the dentist was placing the permanent I never had anesthesia can this be trauma related? if so, is the dentit responsible for paying any additional treatment I maight need since it was negigence? I&#8217;ve been taking Ibiprofen 800 mil 3x a day today is my 3rd day  &amp; I don&#8217;t feel any better. Do I need a root canal? please advise, Thank you.</p></div>

		 Hi Dr Patel,  i had a  deep filling 4days ago. on that same night i started to get very severe pain. I went back to my dentist and he said it has infection, so he has given me Amoxllin 500g to take 3times and ive been taking painkillers 3times to help the pain. the pain has gone down so its bearable but now when i drink hot or cold it triggers a throbing pain from the tooth.Im at the moment waiting for my course of antibotics to finsh and have an appoitment for Monday.oh and this was my first ever filling and it was a white filling.Thank u.,
