<p>                                hi i have a brace fitted and two missing teeth at the front of my mouth, i had an x-ray because my adult teeth was&#8217;nt appearing, the dentist said ther was no teeth in my gums. The authadontist said i need to start looking around for what i want to do with the gaps once my braces are off. could you tell me whats available please and what the best thing to do is as im only 17my family dont want me to have bridges and ruin the teeth i do have. (on nhs)</p></div>

<p>                                I am 29yr old male. I have had braces for 1 yr now on lower teeth with 1 extraction-second molar on my left. This was to correct and straighten my teeth. I am noticing a thinning of my face &#8211; making it look narrow. Everyone keeps saying &#8216;you have lost weight&#8217; but I have not. My ortho says it cannot be braces, as only jaw surgery can change my jawline. I am very worried. Is he right? What can I do? He is moving my back teeth to cover the gap from the extraction. 		 Hello Dr I have a 5mm gap between my front teeth and am 46 years old is there any dental treatment available that can close it or reduce it? My 13 year old daughter also has a gap between her front teeth and would also like to close it.   I have asked 2 questions and hope you don&#8217;t mind.,
