i have fillings in all my side teeth top and bottom right to the root yet after a few months they are sensitive again i was wondering about having them out and new ones in but was told by my nhs dentist that this would cost between £800-£2000 per tooth is there a cheaper alternative? thankyou for your help.

I had my 4 back top molar teeth replaced with partial dentures and they are horrific. What can I do?

Help!!!! Yesterday i had my 4 back top molar teeth removed,and imediate partial dentures placed.They are horrific…..i cant stop gagging.One side has a huge very noticable gap between the natural gum and denture.The teeth are so small compared to my natural teeth.They are nhs dentures,is that why they look so bad?Its going to ruin my xmas.Should i go back and complain,please help.

I have had braces for two years and my dentist said I should get a tooth taken out for overbite. Can you give me any advice?

i am 24 years old. i suffered a bad viral infection in my mouth as i wad growing up. it was stephen johnsons of the mouth and kept getting it…. i am slowly losing my teeth and need some advice on what to do next…. i am at the moment in so much pain due to an infection under my molar which has had root canal surgery. they want to remove the tooth in january… really dont want to loose my teeth im so young…

What are the best options to save my smile if I suffer from advanceed periodontal disease?

hi , i am 43 and have quite advanced periodontal disease , also an overbite on my top teeth and tmj disorder . i have already had 5 teeth removed , and today i saw a periodontist and he said i need another 3 out but not replace them .. this periodontal disease started about 5 years ago . i do smoke , which i know is a huge factor in the disease .. what i want to know is if i had all my teeth removed , would that end the disease ? and could i then have implants to replace all my teeth ? or is it not possible because of gum and bone reduction ? my dentist is always saying they are trying to save my teeth , but whats the point if they are destroying whats underneath ??? Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated as at present I am finding this deeply depressing at the moment in time

Hi,
I am almost 35 years of age and have two front teeth crowded and twisted, also bottom jaw-4 teeth crowded and twisted. I would love to have a perfect smile, but not sure I can afford it, and how long would that take? I believe tooth extraction in my case will be necessary, and that really scares me. Also, I am an adult ,working in customer service, I cant imagine myself with mouth full of metal. Not sure where to go for a consultation,I live in Kent(BR3),
