Hi, I had problems when I was a kid with the dentist my parents picked and since then I’ve never really had much trust in dentists. I want this to change. Since I’ve had kids my teeth keep getting worse and I don’t know what to do please help. I have just been to a new dentist today as I’d lost a filling at the weekend, when he had a look he wasn’t happy with my teeth at all and said who was you’re last dentist and do you eat a lot of sugar food and drink loads of tea when I told him, he looked at me and didn’t believe me.
I’m a veggie, don’t eat sweets and won’t give them the kids, I only drink water as don’t like tea or coffee since my first child, I don’t smoke or drink.
I’m pregnant at the moment and getting very scared over my teeth as he told me the tooth I need treatment on needs a new filling as it was rotten in places. I don’t want all my teeth to rotten away.
Please help, I don’t know what can I do please.

My 5 year old grand daughter has very rotten teeth which have reached gum level they are now rotting in the gum and she is in pain this in turn is causing her to have ear ache. what is the remedy for this? They are still her milk teeth. BUT…Will the adult teeth grow and push these out since they have receded into the gum or will she need an operation to remove them? She has had this problem for the past few days and have been treating her with ponstan for the pain and some olive oil in the ear for the pain there. Thank you in advance for the advice.
I have tooth decay, if I improve my oral hygiene routine will that prevent cavities?
Monday, April 23rd, 2012 Hi,I would like to say that I do not have the greatest teeth due to excessive amount of sugar & poor oral hygiene.I just wanted to know if I brush & floss daily will my cavities be stable?I also am wearing partial dentures at age 27 but I am planning to have full dentures due to my teeth being what it is,do you think thats a good choice.
I am truly undecisive but I hope you can help me.I also want to mention is it okay to eat sweets but brush after wards?
