Can I have implants when I have to lose teeth or is this not feasible? I have already lost a tooth and possibly losing another back tooth due to grinding. I have read that sufferes of bruxism cannot have implants as their gums and bones are already damaged by this condition. I am also a smoker. I DONT even consider having to result in dentures that would be my worst nightmare. Is there anything that can be done to haice set of teeth for people like me. I live in the UK.

Also, I have just given up smoking and have noticed behind my lower central incisors there is alot of brown/black, possibly tobacco staining. What is a good toothpaste to get rid of this? Thanks,
