Is there a treatment to cure my front tooth problem?

The tooth next to my upper front tooth has over the years pushed right forward. My dentist says that if the tooth was taken out then the gap would be to narrow and any replacement would not look natural. is there a treatment to cure my problem. Thanks

Is its true that white fillings are provided by NHS?

Hi. I read in ‘Guide to NHS dental Services’ that white fillings are provided by NHS(doesn’t specify front or back). I called a few practices to ask this and I was told that white fillings are available only for the front teeth. But my children had white fillings at the back and didn’t pay anything. Is crowning for £900 per tooth expensive Plz advice

I am looking to have my 2 crowns replaced as they are beginning to look discoloured (fitted 18 years ago) and I have some gum receeding. I am not convinced my dentist will do a good job and I have had another quote form an orthadontist for £900 per tooth – is this very expensive? I think my own dentist charges in the region of £300.
