Hi Dr Hughes. My smile makes me look goofy. My two front teeth are big compared to the rest and it makes me feel horrible. I wouldn’t be able to pay for everything all at once, and would need some help with finance to pay out of my wages each month. I want my teeth at the top to be put back and in line with my bottom teeth, and for my teeth to be straightened out in the quickest and most affordable way. I am only 21. What would be my best option? Thank you for your help.

What is the Quickest and Most Affordable Way to Straighten Teeth?
Monday, January 12th, 2015What’s the Most Natural, Non-Invasive Way to Close a Gap Between the Teeth?
Thursday, October 30th, 2014Hello Dr Hughes. I had braces before, but had them removed. During my treatment, my dentist had stripped between my from front two teeth as it was bigger than the next tooth. But after the removal, we felt that although the gap was filled, the bonding between the teeth is still not complete. I mean there is a small surface gap still visible. I am worried about it and want to fix it in the most natural, non-invasive way possible. Kindly help, thank you.
Can Veneers Treat an Underbite?
Wednesday, October 29th, 2014Good morning Dr Hughes. Can you advise me on if I can have veneers fitted to effectively correct am underbite (my bottom teeth sit over my top teeth)? I wish to improve my teeth with veneers, but with the top teeth veneers appearing over the bottom ones, rather than the way my teeth sit now. Is this possible, and how would it be achieved?
Also, would you be able to advise me on the costing of this? Thank you in advance.
Does Pregnancy Cause Problems with Inman Aligner Treatment?
Wednesday, October 29th, 2014 Hi Dr Gambroudes. I am picking up my Inman Aligner this Friday, and the treatment is due to be complete in a few months. My question is:
If I were to become pregnant during this time, would this cause problems my treatment? I have read some things on the internet that it shouldn’t be a problem but others have said it would be, which is true? Thank you in advance for your time!
I Have A Big Gap Between My Two Front Teeth And I Never Smile. What Would Be The Best Procedure For This?
Monday, October 27th, 2014 Hi Mark. I would be so grateful for your advice. I have a big gap between my 2 front teeth and I never smile because of it. I am just wondering what would be the best procedure to close it? I’d also like to know the price of this procedure and the pros and cons involved.
I really want the gap gone or even just a little bit smaller as it is too big and people make fun of me because of it. I have heard about cosmetic bonding and I am interested in that. I have also seen on YouTube about rubber bands that can close the gap but I am not sure if this is safe. I hope you can help.
I Had Braces For An Overbite But My Arch Wasn’t Widened To My Liking. Can This Be Done?
Monday, October 20th, 2014 Hello Dr Hughes. I had overbite and two teeth removed for braces. My arch wasn’t widened at all really and I have a narrow smile and huge dark spaces at either side. My bite is good now but I’m not happy with the aesthetics.
My orthodontist assured me he that did his best but I feel like I had two teeth removed for nothing as now I’m realising they would of helped achieve a wider smile.
My gums at the very side/back are more visible but my orthodontist told me that contouring isn’t for teeth like mine.
Is there a way of widening my arch?
Thanks.
I Have Paid a Lot of Money for Braces and My Teeth are Still Not Straight. What Should I Do?
Wednesday, September 10th, 2014I paid £1800.00 for a brace and my teeth are still not straight. I was told that my treatment was finished and I did everything I was told to do during the treatment. They lost a few retainers so I had to get the brace put on again, and they also asked me to change practices twice, which also cost me more as it was no longer my local practice so I had to travel further. The brace is off now and I have to wear a plastic retainer every night. The teeth were never straight when my fixed brace was moved and I don’t know what to do. I feel that this has been a waste of money. What should I do?
I Have an Overbite. How Might This be Corrected?
Tuesday, September 9th, 2014Hello Dr Gambroudes, I’m wondering if you can give me some information. I have an overbite. How long do you think it would take to be corrected, and how exactly would it be corrected? Will it be painful? On the right side of my teeth, the upper teeth are overlapping the lower ones, while the lower ones are bent inwards. I only chew food on the left side and I always feel the tip of my tongue touching my upper front teeth. The front upper teeth are extremely overlapping the lower ones, in fact they are sticking out. Can this problem be easily treated? Thank you for any advice you can give!
I Have A Hard Time Opening Up My Mouth To Smile As I Have An Overbite. What Can I Do To Fix?
Monday, August 11th, 2014 Hello Dr Hughes. I’ve always been annoyed by my smile. Sometimes I have hard time opening my mouth to smile because I have two front teeth that stick out in addition to having a gap in between them. What can I do?
My teeth on the lower jaw are also yellowish and some small holes have started appearing. But this doesn’t annoy me as much as having a large gap in my teeth. I am now 20 years old and my parents didn’t care much about that so that’s why they didn’t find me braces. I am really eager to know what doctors recommend for me. I wish to have a beautiful smile and so be confident.
I Have A Single Gap On Both Sets Of Teeth And I Would Like To Know How To Get Them Removed?
Thursday, July 31st, 2014Hi Mark. I’m wondering if you can help me. I have a single gap in my teeth between the front two teeth both upper and lower jaw. I have always been conscious about it so am wondering at what the cost is so that I can have these gaps removed? The gap on the top is roughly around 2-3 mm in length and the gap on the bottom is about 1-2 mm. Would I need braces to fix this problem? I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards.
