The problem is that my bottom teeth are quite worn down, i may grind them in my sleep. I have started to wear the cover that were for the bleaching to stop me from doing this. What do yiou think is the best option for me. Either to have crowns on them all, which II understand to be very very strong these days. hi I am a denplan customer via a nhs dentist and have had a lot of work on my teeth (crowns, fillings etc). i have two bonded fillings on the front of two bottom teeth. For the past 2 years (up to that point they stayed in for years ) now they regularly pop out every 2-3 months. My dentist says its because I grind my teeth at night and the pressure makes them ping out. He recommended a mouth guard for night which I hate in my mouth. He says he doesnt mind replacing them every 3 months but I find it tedious and frustrating. Is there anything stronger or any other suggestions please? (not crowns yet if pos). Kind regards.,

i have had all zirconum crowns on my top teeth and 6 on the bottemas i was told this was the best option for me ,this as cost me so much money but im always in pain . when i close my mouth it feels like my jaw doesnt relax properly although my bite feels ok other than it feels like im putting pressure on the top 5 tooth along when i close my mouth ,then i start to get pain in 5th tooth it feels like it is coming from round the gum area although and then this causes the tooth next to it to hurt .my bit feels realy good took a while to get used to the teeth ,but im still getting alot of sensertivaty on the bottem 4 front teeth my teeth feel realy good other than the 5 th tooth on top which feels like im putting pressure on it when i close the teeth together .,and is it normal to get so much sensertivaty mainly in bottem,
