hi andrew, when i was a teenager i had braces for 4 years and the result was very good, as advised i kept my retainer in for 6 months (since i have read i should have kept them in for a lot longer)…since then they have slowly reverted back to there old shape, i am now 26 and really do not want to wear the dreaded train tracks again, what other possibilities are there and would behind the teeth braces rectify this problem….the main problem is my two teeth either side of my front teeth are behind, thanks for your time

I wore a brace when I was younger, but regrettably had it removed too early. I now have a few gaps, and I think some movement occurring. Although the top set are relatively straight, when I look at pictures of me smiling it looks crooked. Almost like my teeth are not in their correct, central position. Also on about 6 teeth my gums have receded and exposed the dentine, which is now brown. I am totally self-conscious and not sure what to do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

helllo, i have a slight over bite and my fang teeth need pushing down a little, with my two front teeth needs straightening, the bottom of my teeth are fine and straight howevere the dentist have said i ned braces but i dont want the normal train tacks as they are too obvious i am really concience of my teeth and i am 16 years old, i would like to know how muhc averagly would this treatment cost thanks

My situation is that i have pretty awful teeth due to growing up scared due to the way they look…and still I dont like the idea of having the classic metal visible braces. If it was up to me I would get some sort of surgery even if it means not having my original teeth but my girlfriend just won’t allow that to happen. So i’m looking for a quick cheap and non visible way of straightening my teeth…but arnt we all?

I am aware of invisalign but I hear the worse shape your teeth are in then the more it will cost so in my case that will means 5k+

I have a question for you. i want to know about invisible braces and which one is more effective .my age is 23 right now and i have some gap and my teeth is little bit outside for that i want invisible treatment becoz i m doing job so i dont want to take front sight braces plz suggest me better option and how much time it will takes for my gud smile and total cost will be invested in dis and i want that treatment in which braces could not see so that i can talk easily to everyone .i live in aligarh (u.p).so plz tellme the good option. Hi there di could you answer me a question please it would be off much assistance , I wore braces for three years and then a retainer for 18 months as a teenager and they straightened my teeth. I am now in my early 20s and one of my front teeth has moved over the past year or so and is now visably sticking out. What would be my options for moving it back? This wasn’t actually a problem before my teenage dental treatment! I don’t really want to go back to the days of train-tracks again, but equally it is making me self-conscious. I’m also not the best at dealing with pain! Please help! help please. 

Hi, My teeth aren’t that bad, only 2 of them are being pushed back which makes them look wonkey… But its always been a problem, i hate my teeth… But im going into jobs that presentation is everything and I really can’t have braces, Is there anyway I could get them straightened on the NHS without getting full on braces? I haven’t got the money to pay for invisalign or Clearstep

hello i am 24 years old and previously had braces for about 2 years. because i had a gap between my two front teeth well after one year my teeth started to separate again because of that piece of gum…and now the retainer wont even tighten my teeth so im not sure what to do? please give me some advice? what specialist do i need to go to?
