What are the best invisible braces?

Tuesday, May 31st, 2011
Q.

Hi Rob

My situation is that i have pretty awful teeth due to growing up scared due to the way they look…and still I dont like the idea of having the classic metal visible braces. If it was up to me I would get some sort of surgery even if it means not having my original teeth but my girlfriend just won’t allow that to happen. So i’m looking for a quick cheap and non visible way of straightening my teeth…but arnt we all?

I am aware of invisalign but I hear the worse shape your teeth are in then the more it will cost so in my case that will means 5k+

Regards

Q.

Hi, My teeth aren’t that bad, only 2 of them are being pushed back which makes them look wonkey… But its always been a problem, i hate my teeth… But im going into jobs that presentation is everything and I really can’t have braces, Is there anyway I could get them straightened on the NHS without getting full on braces? I haven’t got the money to pay for invisalign or Clearstep

My teeth have moved after having attached braces and I also grind my teeth, would Invisalign be a good option?

Thursday, April 14th, 2011
Q.

Hello,

I have slightly squint front teeth which I have had attached braces for during my teens. However over time they seem to be slightly squint again.

I’d like to get Invisalign-do prices begin at around the 3000 mark or can it be cheaper in milder cases?

Also I grind my teeth during my sleep and wear a gum shield to protect my teeth during the night. Would I still be able to have Invisalign? Would it stand up to my grinding?
I need a new gum shield every 8 months or so.

Thanks,

Is Invisalign available on the NHS?

Tuesday, January 11th, 2011
Q.

I am 17 years old and was wondering whether, as I recieve my dental care free on the NHS it would be possible to have an ‘Invisalign’ brace fitted for free on this service as well, or would that need to be payed for separately? Thanks

How much would it cost me to receive Invisalign?

Saturday, December 4th, 2010
Q.

Hi there, I am 18 years old and don’t have a lot of money, I had braces when i was about 15/16 but had them taken off too early and they went back to having gaps and an overbite. How much will invisalign cost? could it be covered with private health insurance?

Thanks.

Is it normal for the price of invisalign aligners to vary quite considerably across the UK?

Friday, December 3rd, 2010
Q.

We live in South Wales and have been quoted £3,250 for Invisalign treatment for my daughter. Looking on-line including this site, the treatment is advertised considerably cheaper. (Example::#1 Invisalign® Provider
£1750 All Inclusive October Special Free Consultation & 0% Finance) Can you clarify if it is normal for such pricing to vary across the UK? I would really appreciate your advice. Thanks.

I am unhappy with my Invisalign results and was wondering if the dentist should offer me the chance to get more impressions?

Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010
Q.
Hi, I’ve just come to the end of my invisalign treatment and haven’t achieved the results I was expecting. I had 15 aligners originally, then a further 9 for the upper teeth as the teeth didn’t move as predicted. My 2 front teeth still haven’t moved to the position I was hoping for. Should my dentist offer me the chance to get some more impressions made? And will I have to pay more money for this as I paid a lot of money for this treatment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
