My Teeth Are Moving Forward Again, Which Type Of Brace Should I Get?

Monday, May 13th, 2013
Q.

Hi Dr, I used to have bracket braces years ago, my teeth had straightened however my front upper two teeth have gradually come forward since and I feel that they stand out which I don’t like. It has really annoyed me since I thought I was done with the whole braces thing but more so it’s started to knock my confidence again. I don’t want to be spending too much money just to get those teeth fixed, I want to get the right braces for what I need to be fixed in terms of teeth straightening. will you advise on which options I should be looking at?

Are There Any Cheap Treatments Available That Can Fix Overlapping Front Teeth?

Thursday, May 2nd, 2013
Q.

Hi,

I would like some advice please,my two front teeth are crossed and overlapping slightly. one of them is pushing down on the other and pushing it back. They have been like this for as long as I can remember now and they make me feel very self conscious. I have just applied to study drama at university and intend to become an actor when I have left so I would like them fixed as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that my other teeth are fine, well as far as I know. What would be the best treatment to correct this? My main focus is the two front teeth, not the whole set, can you get braces or whatever to treat just two teeth?. I don’t have a great deal of money to spend as I am a student (I am due to finish sixth form this summer). Any advice or recommendations would be great. Thank you,  kind Regards.

What Can I Do If My Tooth Won’t Stay In Place?

Friday, April 26th, 2013
Q.

Hi

I paid for the Inman aligned through a local private dentist which pushed my top front teeth into place. My top tooth has move out of place again and I don’t know what to do about it. I am considering a veneer instead perhaps. Would this be appropriate? I went through the long course of wearing the aligned so I don’t want to go through this again but the one tooth appears to be stubborn and wont stay in place… This seems like the treatment was a waste now which is frustrating. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Many thanks.

Can My Teeth Be Quickly Straightened Without Braces?

Thursday, March 28th, 2013
Q.

Hello Doctor

I would like to ask you a question, basically the situation is this. I have got front tooth which is little band and a few millimetres out. Overall though it is healthy tooth. However the problem is that it is quite visible thought when I open my mouth because it is right upfront and  I would like to ask you if it possible to straight it out without any braces and something can be done immediately. It is knocking my confidence somewhat and I’m just getting a bit sick of it really. Can you also let me know approximately the cost of the procedure? and the length of the procedure

Thank you.

I’m looking for braces that won’t affect my appearance, what would you suggest?

Wednesday, December 5th, 2012
Q.

Hello,
I am desperate to get braces, however, I only have two teeth out of place but they have a big effect on my smile as they are at the front. They are the two teeth next to my two front big teeth, the problem is they are slightly further back causing my canines to look like fangs. My bottom teeth aren’t crooked. I was wondering if the treatment would be a shorter amount of time as there isn’t much to move and what type of brace would be best for me? I am a teenager and would want the shortest amount of time and least changing to my appearance :-)I am still in school and don’t want anything too noticeable. Many thanks for you help.

What is the best brace used to treat crooked bottom teeth and overlapping front teeth?

Wednesday, December 5th, 2012
Q.

Hello, I have a problem with my teeth; they are very crooked on the bottom and the front two teeth overlap and one sticks right out, which gives the front 4 teeth the in/ out effect and this is due to only one front tooth falling out as a child and not giving enough room for the other to grow. I am wondering what the best treatment available is and what would be involved as well as an estimate cost, how long am i likely to wear braces? thank you for your time.

How can I rectify my teeth after not using my retainer?

Wednesday, November 21st, 2012
Q.

Dear Dr Hussien,
When I was 16 I had traditional train tracks to straighten my teeth, taken off 13/14 months later. Overtime I have underused my retainer hence my teeth have slightly moved. the teeth are however still relatively close to there original positions, as I have a relatively narrow pallet, with only the 2nd lateral incisor on one side, and the 1st pre molar on both sides having moved noticeably.

Roughly speaking what type of time frame/cost would I be looking in order to rectify this?

Thank you for your time.

Would an Inman Aligner help re-align my teeth after my wisdom teeth have caused damage to them?

Wednesday, October 17th, 2012
Q.

Hi Andrew, so here’s my problem: I used to have perfect teeth until about a year ago when all my 4 wisdom teeth came out. When they came our, they pushed one of my front teeth out(next to the canine tooth) and the other one is my front teeth. Now I am left with 2 front teeth sticking out and I fear that the wisdom teeth have not fully erupted and so more damage will be done. The protruding teeth are really getting me down as I used to have nice teeth! Please advise me as to what I should do. I was thinking about getting an Inman Aligner, but I am not sure and it might just be too costly only for two teeth. Can you help at all? What would be the best option for me? Regards,
