Hi, I started having problems with my teeth after my pregnancy back in 1994. Since then its been all down hill from there and my teeth are falling apart. Cavitys ,broken teeth,I barely can eat and I rarley smile. My Teeth are getting worse everyday and i am so depressed. I have searched and searched for services based on my income but the clinics near me only pull teeth and do fillings.I live in Eastern Part of Texas,USA Can you help me to find some services that are affordable for someone with a low income. I would even consider dentures at this point,at least on my top row of teeth,or a bridge.Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!! Advise I live in the United States,not uk.I am desprate for help.Thank you.

Dear Dr Solanki, I hope that you can help me…. My Mother has always been plagued by dental problems for as long as I can remember, 15-16 years ago many of her front teeth were chipped decayed and rotten, she was scared stiff of the dentist but over time decided to go and get partial dentures fitted. She is now 70 years of age and her one remaining front tooth has just dropped out, she is happy to just leave it now, but it is my Sisters wedding next April, and she is upset that her mother will be toothless in the photos. My Mother is scared of visiting the dentist again, convinced nothing can be done and that it will be painful, and we can’t afford expensive implants or even to redo her dentures. Are there any economical temporary solutions that would be a Happy Compromise for my sisters big day? I would be very grateful if you could advise me. Happy New Year

Dear Sirs i wanted a bridge i could not afford one so the dentist suggested a valplas partial im wondering if this would work for me since im only missing 1 tooth and im wondering if it all come in one piece over the roof of the mouth and is this the only way a valplas can be made?

I recently broke half of my back upper tooth off by biting into a subway sandwich that had an olive pit in it. since then i have been having severe pain in my tooth. And getting really bad headaches. I dont have an income right now so it would be really hard to go see a dentist. could i get an infection from this? Is it life threatning if its not taken care of soon?

I am 23 years old. I have had 3 children, and during my pregnancies my teeth started rotting, so me being pregnant, thinking I could not help. I did not go. I stopped brushing my teeth for awhile because they would hurt, my gums would be very tender and bleed (they still do). I try to brush my teeth now and I still have the same problem. I have a lot of holes, a missing k-9 tooth, a couple of rotting wisdom teeth, missing moullers. It hurts sometimes no matter what I eat. It seems as though when I chew my teeth are going to just break. I’m so afraid of losing my teeth but I’m afraid of pain and I don’t like to hear my teeth being pulled out, that sounds awful. I know I should go see a dentist and I really want to, but money is always an issue. My credit is awful but I need help so bad. My mouth is falling apart and I’m so sad about this that it almost makes me feel depressed and I don’t like to smile or even open my mouth. I don’t even like to kiss anymore!! please help do I still have a chance?

Hi my teeth are a disgrace. i had a lot of work done as a child and wasnt happy to go to the dentist im still not.i really want to get my smile back i have recently broke up with my partner of 13 yrs and my confidence is shot.. i have missing teeth broken teeth they are very bad and i am embarresed by them to the point where i dont even smile properly anymore i have tried to get in an nhs dentist and have had no luck..would you be able to suggest anything or anyone that can help…i am on a budget with 3 children but i am willing to cut down on anything to pay for treatment hat i really need thankyou very much. C
