Hello doctor, I am a teenager of 15 years of age and I have neglected my teeth for a few years since maybe the age of 7 or 8 where I only brushed once a day or once every other day and I am ashamed to say that I have only just started to think about doing something about it. This has caused stains on my teeth from a young age which have never gone which leads me to fear that these stains are maybe quite deep. I have started an oral hygiene regime in which I’m using Arm and Hammer Advanced Whitening toothpaste and Plax Mouthwash. My question is therefore, do you have any advice or information concerning what I can do to get my teeth healthier and whiter (especially!) and any specific products that would help my teeth stains disappear? Thanks.,

Hello, I am interested in finding out how i can get teeth straightening done, when i was in high school i was told i cannot have braces as my roots are too small, i am 27 years old now and would really like to know what alternatives there are for me, i have been researching on dentist treatments abroad as they appear to be more cost effective, I also have a problem with my gums, they were different shapes and sized before, I have visited my local dentist about this and the gums have been controlled but the difference in their size remains. If i am honest i am not keen on veneers but perhaps other methods that do not take so long. I am planning on getting married mid 2010 and i hate my smile, i really want some advice on sorting out my gums and teeth sooner rather then later. I hope you can help. Thank you

Q.
I am nearly coming to the end of invisalign treatment and have found that my top front teeth have gone forward and caused me to have a bit of an overbite. Also my lower left canine gum has receded, which must be due to brushing too hard as I don’t have gum disease. Will invisalign refinements be able to push my front teeth back a bit? or is there any other treatment that can fix my bite? Where can I go to get a gum graft, as it is causing me a lot of anguish.
