I have been advised by my dentist that an implant for one of my front teeth that has been removed will offer no significant aesthetic or functional benefits to a fixed bridge, given that I am having the teeth adjacent to the front tooth concerned crowned as part of a wider cosmetic dentistry plan. My dentist says that the additional costs associated with an implant would not be justified in my particular case.
Do you consider that the aesthetic results from implants are always more natural than the potential results from a fixed bridge-I am a little apprehensive about a fixed bridge looking false and “joined up”
Many thanks
