I have always had a fear of going to the dentist for as long as i can remember, and with this fear and not that good of a childhood, it has taken its toll on my teeth, i am 30 this year, and want to have the smile i have always dreamed of, i think i need to have the remainder of what teeth are left removed and a new set implanting, how much would this roughly cost,
