Is it possible to have porcelain veneers removed and then to have your teeth whitened? My teeth are discoloured due to tetracycline and the veneers were put on approximately 20 years ago. I have six veneers on my upper teeth. Thanks

when I was a child I was hit with a cricket bat my front tooth has discoloured

I had an accident when I was a child I was hit with a cricket bat into my mouth, this resulted in my front tooth over the years discolouring, my dentist years ago said that the nerve would eventually die. I am now very self conscious of this discolouration. What kind of treatment could I expect to make me smile again.

my veneers are yellow in between

Hi ive had venneers done about 6 weeks now and in between each tooth is starting to go a yellow colour,i look after them using whitening toothpaste i dont smoke and have cut back drinking tea and coffee to about 2-3 cups a day! i dont drink coke etc!is there anything that i can do ?

I have discolouration on my teeth and gaps

I have really bad teeth! I have discolouration on most visable teeth, I also have gaps between each one. As you probebly already know it makes me extreamly self consious. Front teeth is very discoloured after root canal can I fix this for my wedding

Hi Dr Solanki, I have been looking at the cosmetic dentistry smile makeovers on the kiss dental website. I have never been to a dentist, i’m 28 years old and have very crooked teeth which are discoloured and as you can imagine lead to low self esteem. I thoroughly dislike having my picture taken and wish i could smile and be happy with what my teeth look like. I have had an underbite and discoloured teeth all my life

Mother has discoloured long front teeth with a gap can this be fixed

My mother in law has two very prominent top front teeth. They are very long and discolored and there is a substantial gap in between them. She would like this to be fixed, as it prohibits her from smiling in photos and it does nothing for her confidence. She has been to her own dentist, who said he could either remove the teeth and give her a plate, or lower the gum. She would like to know if there are more cosmetic options, rather than resorting to drastic measures. Can you advise her?
