Hi there , i have some old fillings that are starting to cause me alot of problems and i worry now so much about my teeth. im 42 and havent been to the dentist in yrs and just a few days ago a big piece of took and filling came from the back of mt tooth . please tell me that there is someway to save the tooth , i have not loss any teeth yet and its just not been good for me in the yrs moneywise to see a dentist and have this done , but right now i have no other choice to start fixing all my problems . please tell me that u think there is someway to fix this problem .

Need 2 fillings done and have a chipped teeth which could be done with a filling i guess, would like to have some cleaning and whitening done in the process anybody willing to take somebody who pays cash and does not need a bill but a good deal. 600 GBP to spend. Hi i was eating with a spoon , when suddenly by mistake i banged it agisnt my front upper tooth, n the bottom tip just broke off. i been seeinf it was slighly transparent then the rest of tooth for some time now.. so prob was weak there. n broke off.. it doesnt look much., but is slighly painful, will the pain go away in a few days.. or do i have to see dentist.. its very costly in london

Could you advise cheaper alternative orthodontist for ligunal and regular braces in central london?

Hello I’ve just seen an orthodontist regarding repositioning/straightening my incisors to achieve a better smile (they currently protrude slightly, in particular one of them). I would prefer invisible braces (lingual)and I was quoted £7,500 (or £6,000 for lingual on the top teeth and regular braces on the bottom). He estimated the process should take 12-15months. I would like to know whether these are representative costs for this treatment? Also, could you advise a cheaper alternative/location for a cheaper orthodontist. I am based in central London where the orthodontist I visited is also based. Regards and many thanks for any advice offered.
