Dear Sir,
I am looking for a specialist clinic in London to deal with my problem.
I have a repeated cyst on the root of one of my front tooth. In the past I already had over 4 operations on my front teeth to remove cysts that kept appearing. Thus there is not much root tissue left. I have crowns on all 4 front teeth.
Recently I’ve seen a dentist in my home country who advised me that to remove this new big cyst the whole tooth have to be removed together with the cyst. After that an implant has to be inserted and new crowns made. This will be a procedure in several stages.
I permanently live in London and want to get another advice and possible treatment here. My problem will involve a specialist surgeon and a good cosmetic dentist. It has to be in one clinic.
Can you please advise me where I can get help. I want the best possible treatment.

Iv been bulimic for 10 years and even though I have managed to reduce the episodes a lot, my teeth have suffered. I have been to the dentist 3 times this year about my concern. (Red, swollen and burning gums, recession, constant dry mouth etc) and have been given very little guidance or options. Is there a dentist you could recommend in london that could help me sort this out, im getting a bit desperate.

CLEARSTEP VS INVISALIGN I have a few questions about ‘invisible braces’: What are the differences between the two? How long will it take? I have been prompted to take action as I am getting married at the end of the year and although from the front my teeth look quite straight from the side they look really uneven. If I started it asap would it make much difference by December? I am happy to continue for longer, I would just like some difference by then. How much does it cost? Which one is more cheap/expensive? Are the effects lasting? I had a metal brace as a teenager that improved my teeth a bit but I don’t think it was kept on long enough. I would be willing to wear a retainer if it keeps my teeth nice. Is Clearstep a suitable alternative to cases where Invisalign would work? Does Clearstep require attachments to the teeth the same as Invisalign? Hi, my front teeth have reduced in size overtime, causing me to develop a lisp. In addition, i also find it difficult to eat and have to use my side teeth as i cannot penetrate the food with my front teeth. what should i do ?

I went to my dentist (NHS)for the second time re. my wisdom tooth. I was given antibiotics and she drained some of the infection. I asked to be referred to a specialist for extracion. This takes up to 6 months. I hate taking antibiotics and would rather have the tooth out asap. Can this process happen quicker i.e through private practice? What is the wait for an operation when going private and where could i go? I don’t understand why she seems reluctant to refer me and get it treated properly. I live in London. Best Wishes

The skin between my lower gum and lip has recently just dissapeared. I assume it fell out or was ripped out by something , and it is hurting a lot . It’s hurt for about 3 days now and I dont knnow what caused it, what i should do , and if it will even heal on its own or not . Is this a cause for worry ?
