Dear Dr Moore, I have come across youre website. my teeth are in a pretty bad state, I have one tooth missing at the front also I havent been to the dentist in a long time, but by searching on the internet I came across this site. The thought of visiting a dentist is pretty scary, and I feel very ashamed of my appearance, im a 45 yr old male, but this has caused me so much loss of confidence over the years that it makes my life miserable in any sort of social situation or even with my family. I have limited funds but wondered if you knew of anyone who could help me? I have around 5k that I could spend on treatment. any advice wwuld be very much appreciated. thank you.
