I Need Some Dental Implants But Cannot Afford To Get Them. Could You Help Me With This?

Friday, September 26th, 2014
Q.

Hello Dr Gambroudes,
I am in desperate need of dental work. I know that I need some implants as well as a bridge etc. Unfortunately the cost involved is so high and unaffordable to myself so time is just passing by while I do nothing? I am happy to pay a fee for any dentistry but cannot pay the £1500 per implant?
I would be happy to travel anywhere in the Country! Could you help please? Many thanks.

I Can’t Afford To Get My Veneers. Do You Know If I Could Get A Dental Student To Do This For Me?

Wednesday, August 13th, 2014
Q.

Hello Dr Moore. I need 8 veneers but cannot afford the 3000 pounds it costs to get them. Do you know where can I get help and whether a student dentist could do them? My top 8 teeth are rotting away, this is due to not taking care of them and it’s also because my family have all had weak teeth. I have lost most of my confidence due to this. I am now 43 years old and I know I would find it much easier to talk to women as when I smile I do it with my mouth shut. Thank you for your time in advance.

Is There Any Way I Can Get Dental Help For My Boyfriend Without It Breaking The Bank?

Monday, July 28th, 2014
Q.

Hello. I have been up for a few hours such searching the internet looking for ways to get low cost dental care for my fiancé. His teeth are so bad and his breath is worse. He wasn’t taught properly about hygiene so they are not taken care of.  I want to marry him when his confidence is high. I want to be able to kiss him finally and not have to stop him to go rinse with mouthwash, even then it doesn’t always work. Something is wrong and he needs help. Financially we can’t swing the cost. Do you have any advice for us? I don’t want to lose him, but I am having a harder time getting past the teeth. Especially when we get married. His teeth should match his awesome personality. Thanks.

Do You Know How I Would Go About Contacting My Nearest Dental School. I Have A Lot Of Broken Teeth.

Wednesday, July 16th, 2014
Q.

Hello Dr Moore I can’t afford treatment at the moment and I have broken teeth which need removing. I also need fillings and think I have a abscess. I am missing front teeth that I would like replaced so I can at least talk again never mind smile. I was wondering if you could tell me how I find my nearest dental school and also how I could contact them. Also if all this work could be carried out by students and how much it’s likely to cost. Thanks.

I Have Gone Almost 2 Years Waiting For Dentures To Get Made. How Can I Get Soft Dentures?

Monday, July 7th, 2014
Q.

Hi Dr Hughes, I have waited almost 2 years to get dentures made, after four top sets being made they still look disgusting and really bad. I was sent to a dental school at my local hospital and I am getting another top set made, but it already looks like the teeth are too large and the plate is the thickest I’ve ever seen. Do you know of anyone that will help me just get teeth that make me want to smile again? I would get implants if they were available for me, but unfortunately I am out of work. I have heard of soft dentures that look real and would settle for them. Thanks.

Hi Andrew, I need some advice. My teeth are in a bad condition with 4 that are missing, it’s embarrassing and uncomfortable. What are my options as I don’t have a dentist and I currently have no employment? Thanks, I really want to get this sorted, I just want to know my options, if any, and also costs and any other information that is relevant to solving the issue, it seems as hard as I try to look after my teeth, it’s always too late and my confidence levels are dropping rapidly.

Thursday, March 13th, 2014
Q.

Hello Dr Moore. I have been having problems with my teeth and some have fallen out and some have been taken out. I feel I am getting nowhere at all it’s one after another and I have lost so much confidence from this and I am scared to smile or laugh loud in company as I feel they will see my teeth. I am wondering how I can go about getting dental treatment at a low cost as I am only in a part time job and not earning enough to pay for the cost at my dentist. Any advice would be greatly received. Thank you.

I Don’t Want A Brilliant ‘Hollywood’ Smile, Just One I Can Be Confident In. What Would It Cost Me To Feel Confident Again?

Friday, February 14th, 2014
Q.

Hello Dr Moore. I have quite bad teeth at the moment. What would be the rough cost of getting them fixed. I don’t want a Hollywood smile or brilliant white teeth, I just want them normal and to feel confident when I smile. I have fillings in nearly all my teeth and four are missing and I think at least two other teeth need to be extracted. Thank you for your time, I look forward to your reply.

What Is The Cheapest Way To Get Implants For Someone On Jobseeker’s Allowance?

Monday, January 27th, 2014
Q.

Hello Dr Moore, I am just asking this question as I am suffering from really bad erosion and decay of the teeth, half of my teeth have fallen out due to this and it’s really taking a toll on my self confidence as it is really embarrassing. I am just wondering if long term teeth implants would be an option? I currently claim benefits which is for Jobseekers, so I have very little to spend on them. Could you please tell me the cheapest option for long term implants please? Thank you, any advice you can offer me would be greatly received.
