What treatment is available for gum disease?

over the last 6 months my front 2 top teeth have moved forward considerably and i have lost alot of gum around these teeth they are also very wobbly. i think these teeth are going to fall out soon and i am petrified as it is obviously going to look awful if they do and will limit what food i can eat. please can you recomend any treatments and ways of sorting out the gum disease?,

I have not been to dentist in years but want braces and whitening?

Basically im 19 years old , and i havnt really taken care of my teeth as i should of and i regret it badly now. I was ment to get braces couple of years ago but i never went.
