My two front teeth are, i feel, long. i have had an idea to file them down. is this possible? another thing is, i would get my teeth whitened, but i feel that it would be to expensive in the clinic, so would you advice me buying a branded one, if so, could you recommend it to me? thank you for your time.

Hi, Is it possible to get cosmetic surgery and pay monthly?? i am 21 and about a year ago i had fillings inbetween most of my front teeth. they were ok at the time but over the year the have started to show, my teeth look dicoloured and you can see shadows where the fillings are. they just seem to look worse by the day. what do you think is best to get done to them and how much would it be? i just want to be able to smile again
