i had 2 root canals and now have chronic infection in all of them could my dentist be a fault

Last year I had 4 replacement crowns fitted (for cosmetic reasons) and 2 new root canals I now have chronic infection in all, The old crowns with 1 post were in for 25 years with no problems could my dentist be at fault?

what could a dentist do to fill the small triangular gap between my to front teeth

I have a small triangular gap between my to front teeth and I think it looks very unattractive. What could a dentist do to fill the small hole? I have read articles on the internet about bondings and fillings but I don’t really know what they are. Also if the gap was to be filled, would the use of a needle or braces be needed? My husband (age 51) has brown, discoloured teeth. They are crooked. Some back teeth missing. He eats slowly because of the lack of some teeth! I just wondered what could be done to make his teeth look great? I suppose the cost could not be estimated without actually seeing him but is there an option for monthly payment scheme? (He does Bupa cover, however, I do not know what dental treament they cover apart from wisdom tooth removal).

my cosmetic bonding just got chipped off would you recommend getting it replaced asap?

Hello, I had some cosmetic bonding on a chip on the front right hand side of my upper 2nd premolar due to a fall 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately 3 days ago, exactly two weeks after it was bonded, it came out. Is it OK to wait 5 weeks until my next routine appointment with my dentist to get it replaced, or would you recommend getting it replaced ASAP? I am staying away from my hometown for another 4 weeks and a trip to visit my dentist is not really that feasible. Also have I got any other options – if it has fallen out so quickly it seems to me that that does not bode well for the future.
