I have lost a small bit from my front tooth making it look jagged and the other is jagged too -and my current dentist had a go at fixing this previously which didnt work. He put something at the back of the tooth which felt ‘proud’ and eventually fell off.

I think I may need two veneers to get two good even front teeth. I am female and 62 – but working and need to look good. I am worried that my current Denplan dentist isnt up to it! How would I find out please if he is. I have read its down to the people who prepare the veneers too.

what should I do? I am really worried.

i was wondering about that laser surgery with the uv light, how old would you have to be to get that treatment, and are there any other options of surgery for under 18s ?

I was wondering what gcse and a-level qualifications are needed to become a cosmetic dentist.

I have been told by my dentist that I will need a crown on one of my lower molars. This is due to cracking of the white filling I had over the top of the molar and down one side next to another tooth. It seems if I have this done privately it will cost me £500 (not pure gold crown though). Can I not have an onlay instead (she didnt mention this possibility) and would it be cheaper than a crown. I am 69 yrs of age.

I wish to whiten my teeth however have a vaneer, which is about 8 yrs old and beginnng to show a gap andthe dark tooth underneath at my gum line.

Should I whiten my teeth first & then replace vaneer or fix vaneer first & then whitten?

i have a meduim size gap between my front 2 teeth an i am looking into getting this closed. one of my teeth is porceleen. i have no root in the tooth so it was attached with a metal bar (not too sure the medical way to explain it) i want to know if i can get veneers as i understand these have to put onto your teeth. i want the top 4 teeth veneered. also my ‘fake’ tooth was done badly as its well bigger an hangs lower than my other tooth, because it was done wrong do you think there is anyway the nhs will help towards the cost of my treatment. any info will be great. thank you
