Hey Dr Hughes. I have really horrible teeth that make me feel very self-conscious. The ones next to my front teeth stick out and it’s irritated me for years. My dentist made a mistake with previous treatment and tried to charge me a lot of money to fix them, which I couldn’t afford at the time as I was only young. The appearance of my teeth makes me feel very insecure and I dream about having the perfect smile so I can feel more confident in myself. Is there any way I could be able to get some help or guidance in the right direction?

I refused to have braces when I was younger because I didn’t want the embarrassment of people noticing them and then noticing my teeth. Now I’m 19 years old and realise it was the biggest mistake I ever made. I never smile because of how my teeth look and it makes me really unhappy on a daily basis. Hello, Dr Moore, I have quite a few questions I need to ask you about the enlighten deep bleaching system. Does the enlighten deep bleaching system work on patients with thinning enamel? Also could you tell me how well does it bleaches dentine? Will they experience more sensitivity? How much change should a patient expect to see in the final hours session within the surgery? If teeth are not very white by this stage, will it have a significant effect? Thank you, I hope you can provide me with an answer.
Hi there, i am getting braces very shortly. According to my mum she said that he said they will not be noticeable? is this clear braces i only have 3-4 teeth max to correct.
I am a bit confused as you may be aware i am 17 and quite scared to be honest i must admit i just need some clear basic advice from a professional 🙂

I have heard they at at least £3000 clear ones but why so much money… My dentist said i will have a 6 month treatment to 8 month treatment which is good i guess a good sign indeed… but i have also heard if you have a fixed brace you get clear ones free or something? ( i may be wrong there i dont know for 100% sure!
