Is there any surgery available to have the gaps in my front teeth closed?

I have perfectly healthy teeth, but was always told by dentists that my top layer would gradually close and have less gaps, they are not huge gaps but enough to be noticed and get me down. I am now nearly 22 and feel these gaps will now never close. Is there any surgery i can get to close these front 4 top teeth, or what is the best option? :) ,

Would bonding or veneers or a filling help with chipped tooth?

Hi, Can you please advise – is dental bonding the same as a ‘filling’? I have a chipped front tooth and have had it filled by my dentist somewhere around 10 times over the last two years – it keeps falling out. due the dentis ‘chipping’ away at the tooth each time this chip has now become much much larger – resulting in a big gap between my teeth (i feel as though half of my tooth has gone) I have also looked at veneers but am put off due to the fact i think it would be far more noticeable against my other front tooth. could you please advise on this also.
