Can anything be done to address my gapped and protruding teeth?

I am 55 and have gappy protruding teeth. My two front upper teeth are capped and were made larger then the originals and I have a missing tooth on each upper side after the ‘incisors’ they were extracted to fit a brace when I was thirteen. Until I had one of my front teeth replaced with an implanted cap? that is too protruding and large my confidence has waned. Can anything be done,

I HAVE AN UPPER PLASTIC DENTURE WHICH I ABSOLUTELY HATE I ONLY HAVE 4 UPPER TEETH LEFT SO I WILL EVENTUALLY LOSE THEM ALL. I TAKE THE DENTURE OUT AT EVERY OPPERTUNITY ESPECIALLY AT HOME WHEN I EAT BUT I CANT STAND THAT PLASTIC DENTURE IN MY MOUTH! Hello, I am 49 year old female. I have always has wonky front teath, that were not corrected as a child. I have managed life without smiling with my mouth open. One tooth petrudes and is now a bit loose. I am not convinced my usual dentist has managed things well, however I have not been good at attending appts. Bit of burying head in sand going on, I now do need to deal with the problem, and would like to have a consultation where I can discuss option openly with out feeling embarressed. Always feel rushed with usual dentist and very little time given to discuss. I do have Denplan insurance with current dentist but happy to pay for a consultation to discuss options, with an expert like your self.,

I’m petrified of going to the dentist but I need to address my receding gums. I’m scared, please help!

Hi Andrew, I have severe receding gums on the inner part (tongue side) of the front of my mouth causing looseness to 2 of my front bottom teeth thanks to periodontitis. I’m petrified of the dentist (thanks to a bad experience with braces in my teens) and have noticed this only over the past few days how severe this is-I can’t eat, teeth too sensitive. My confidence is being affected by this. What can I do if my teeth fall out? I’m really scared. Help!!,

Hi my two front teeth really stick out one more than the other I had an accicent on a bike when I was 10 and chipped both teeth and had horrible caps put on which are chiped and you can see the joins I have quite a large overbite and wonderd if I could get my front four teeth taken out and a bridge put in or veneers or would I have to have a brace first I’m willing to pay anything to sort them it’s really efecting my confidence thank you,
