Q.
My son fell almost three years ago and he chipped his front toothe. He was advised to get a root canal and that process lasted about 2 1/2 years. When I finally demanded to get it finished with once and for all, the root canal person sent me to an oral surgeon to do an Apaco and a retrograde filling. during this the oral surgeon came out and told me that the toothe was not able to be repaired and he advised that we pull it. He said we would be in there again within months because it would keep getting reinfected. My son is 11 years old he is very active and is now devastated. We went to his regular dentist who was not at all optimistic about what to do. The oral surgeon recommended a bonding be done the dentist is recommending some flipp thing that he has to take in and out to eat etc…This child is devastated and now is saying he hates his life and is not going anywhere. He has a huge space where his front toothe should be and want to know if the bonding would be better than the flipp thing?
