my tooth(milk) is half broken since i was 15 years old and i did not go to a dentist at that time. it is now decaying and stinking,i am an university student and i have to do a lot of presentations and my tooth is causing a problem since the half broken teeth is found in the front of my mouth and it is visible. what i would like to know is that, can permanent tooth be grown at the age of 20?i still got my milk tooth and it is decaying. so will my permanent tooth grow when i will remove the milk tooth at this age or will i have to replace a tooth? Everyone is suggesting me to replace the one tooth. the dental implants is costing a lot and your advice would be a great help to me. Thanks in advance
