Hi. The size of my front two teeth are a bit big and I want to shorten them to have a better smile. Can you give me suggestions about what cosmetic surgery I should go for? I feel the front teeth are a bit outwards too. I don’t know the terms to explain but in simple terms I’ve got big front teeth and I have small lips so when I smile I don’t look quite good. Hi Dr Hughes. I have really good size upper teeth but unfortunately when I smile or talk, they do not show up very well. My teeth start from high up in my gum. My front two teeth are bigger in size than the rest of my upper set of teeth. Because of this reason, I have such a narrow smile.
Can you please recommend me the best treatment for this particular problem? I do not want to end up with a life where I cannot smile. Are braces helpful or would any cosmetic surgery be required? Thanks and regards.
Hello Dr Moore. I’m looking for some advice. I recently got porcelain crowns on my front two teeth. I think they look a little big, can they be shaped now that they are in place? I have always hated my two front teeth as they looked too big. I was hoping that the crowns would have made them look smaller in comparison. If they try and shape them now, will it most likely dull them? Is there anything else that could go wrong if I got them reshaped? Thank you. According to my local dentist my teeth are otherwise healthy .but one of the upper incisor has crowning, right-side of the upper
jaw (canine) was missing , so here is a bridging too. My main concern is an overbite because of the two teeth.and if I opt for the cosmetic change like crown of the upper central teeth, how much of the original teeth will be discarded

Hello sir, I have a gap of 4mm-5mm between my two upper front teeth. Can I fill that up using bonding? This is something that I have had since childhood and I am 17 now. It has caused a fair few issues for me. I don’t feel fully able to express myself and act as freely as I would like to. Basically, I just want to delete this ‘chapter of gap’ forever. Please help. My teeth are strong enough so I hope bonding could be an option for me. And I think that this gap has increased in comparison to the gap I used to have during childhood. I don’t have any other problem except this gap. The gap caught my attention when one of my friend told that it has increased a little from last 2 years.
