Dear Mr Patel, I have six porcelein veneers fitted four on top centre and two lower centre. When whitening with home kit could this potentially loosen my porcelein veneers. The reason I ask it may be purely co-incidental but recently I have had two of them fall out within a month of each other they were fitted in 2000. I am considering having crowns fitted the next time one of my veneers breaks or falls out would it be a more benefical way in the long term I was advised if I keep getting my veneers replaced my original tooth with shorten and I may eventually end up with not having enough tooth for the veneer to stick onto. I would very much appreciate your thoughts on both my concerns. Kindest regards,

                                Hi,
I am 26 years old and have been undergoing orthodontic treatment for 5 months now to correct my grade 3 underbite.
My concern is that my back teeth (where the brackets are) have gradually raised up since the treatment started. This is the case on both sides of my mouth and it is my lower jaw.
I have tried to discuss this with my orthodontist but he just dismissed my question.
Have I got a viable concern?
If so can it be avoided with different treatment management and what has caused this to happen?
Your response will be very much appreciated. Thanks

The teeth at the bottom are positioned in front of the top ones, but she doesnt look to have her chin sticking out.

Also the top teeth are on a slant and the top tooth line is uneven as a result.

It doesnt bother her when eating, but id like to know what to expect in the future in terms of what could happen with the 2nd teeth and will she need a brace and the uneven top teeth.
