My two front teeth appeared to be thinning and therefore appearing darker for the last few months, however recently I managed to look behind my front teeth using a mirror and saw that there is a black mark on each one. Is this acid erosion and how do I get rid of this problem?

Hello Dr., I read about enamel erosion on front teeth and I believe that this is my case, i have a few yellowish/transparent spots on my 2 front teeth. I am a UNITED STATES 43 male, and just had checkup. I have reflux and have ground teeth into the denton. Kanines are level w/others. molars have very wide fillings. backs of front teeth have been acid washed to denton, i guess. told i need 14 crowns immediately. front upper 6 +canines+back molars. $12K. is there some insurance I can buy to offset this? or is it too late, since I already saw the DR. I am scheduled for this friday. Please respond ASAP. URGENT to know. what is your advice? do you think this is urgent/necessary??
