I am not sure whether to pay for this work to be done when i have no pain or problems with my tooth.  What would you advise, please?,</div>

I have been told that the infected tooth can not have root caan therapy and cannot be saved. I am a 61 year old female and I have worked very hard after not having dental when growing up to keep my natural teeth. The last tooth has a large filling and the tooth on the other side is crowned. I am disabled with limited funds. What is the best solution for the soon to be missing tooth and should I look for a surgeon to remove this tooth? Thank you,</div>
