Hello sir. My teeth are coming forward. They are not really visible now but I want to stop put a stop to this now. I don’t have the habit of closing my lips also. I don’t want to get braces and I am 15 years old. Please tell me how to get this corrected? I think this problem is happening because I don’t keep my lips closed so the teeth are coming forward. I want some home methods in order to get corrected them. Thank you.
Hi Dr Moore, I am 15 years old and in all honestly my teeth are fairly straight apart from this one tooth at the front which is up a lot more than the rest. This really annoys me. I think it happened when the baby tooth underneath took too long to fall out and for some reason the adult tooth started growing first, over the top if it. I would really like to have a brace or something for it, I just don’t want it to cost thousands of pounds! I hope you can help. Thank you for any advice you can offer me.

I would first like to say thanks for taking the time to answer my question, but feel I should warn you that I am not seeking advice as a patient, but as a ‘wannabe-dentist.’ I am only 15 years old, but have been interested in the world of cosmetic dentistry for a while now. I was wondering what sort of other websites/magazines/books would expand my knowledge? Also, could you recommend any practices for work experience?
