Some of my front teeth have rotted and broken off, I don’t know what to do, please help!

Hi there Dr Moore, unfortunately I haven’t looked after my teeth and all my top teeth have rotted very badly ,broken off .
Especially the front row .
This has left me so depressed and has affected my social and working life badly .
I am ashamed to open my mouth,and too embarrassed to see a dentist .The longer i am leaving this the worse it is getting .
I guess I need them all to be extracted and to get a denture, this is how bad they are! What sort of costs would I be looking at ,and do any dentists specialise in working with people with my problem? I am very dental phobic and need a gentle dentist who can be patient with me. Thank you in advance.

Hello and thanks for your question. You might need to think about sedation to help you cope with complex treatment, costs will vary so maybe find a dentist who offers sedation in your area for a quote, I hope this helps, regards.
