Should I have the root canal treatment done first before I get a veneer?
Q. Hello, I have a tooth which needs to have a route canal and was wondering if a veneer would stop this happening or would i need the tooth sorting out first? thanks,
A. If you do require root canal treatment this does need to be carried out before any other treatment is done. You should ideally let the tooth completely settle for a few weeks once the root canal treatament has been completed.
