Should I Have Laser or Bleach Whitening?

hello doctor, i have this question. i’m a patient of LUPUS (SLE). have had it now for 5 years. n i have noticed a change in color in my teeth. i want to get a permanent teeth whitening procedure but m not sure about the risks or which one should i go for ? i have been through teeth scaling and polishing which worked fine for me at the time but didnt really help in the overall color whitening . can u pls guide me about which procedure shud i go through and if i shud do it at all or not? the process i went through was good enough for particular stains on my teeth but i need a total color whitener tht wi ll help to whiten the teeth and not only remove stains. i read through the internet about bleaching and laser .dont know which one wud be best suitable for me .help.thanks

home tooth whitening in well fitting whitening trays that extend onto the gums slightly , will do the trick. Remember fillings and crowns will not change colour. This method also allows you to purchase additional bleach and top up from time to time at minimal cost.
