Should I find a dentist who is part of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentists?

Q. I have recently moved to a new city and would like to find a reputable cosmetic dentist. Should I only select someone who is a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentists,or, just select at randomn from the Yellow Pages? I don’t have much money for various consultations.,
A. Being a member of the BACD means that Dentists are kept up to date with training and knowlege of the newest materials and techniques so this is always a good thing. Also Dentist who are members of the the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists and the Pankey Institute means that they have trained in the States where (some would argue) they pioneer modern procedures and practices Word of mouth is a fail safe way of finding a new Dentist. You can also check out the Practice websites to view video testimonials. I wouldn’t recommend just picking one out of the Yellow Pages as your Dentist is someone you will put a lot of trust in. If you wish to book a comprehensive cosmetic or general consultation with one of the team please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 0207 612 9810 Good Luck with your search!
