Remove false teeth and replace with implants

Q. Have false teeth on wires at top , top only have 5 teeth left of which one either side at back hold my wires, could i have all taken out and false teeth to fit,or keep the remaining two back teeth that now hold my wires, and build up the gum area to compensate for bone shrinkage over 45 yrs and causing upper lip to have wrinkles/lines

A. It is difficult to give you ideal answers without seeing you.  It really depends on the strength of the remaining 5 teeth.  You could have the teeth removed some implants placed (minimum 2) and your denture secured to the implants.  This would give you a denture that is very firm. The remaining teeth could have attachments placed on them and the denture attached to them.
