pros and cons of having full upper partial denture

Q. Due no no fault of mine have only incisors and 4 premolars and 2 implants prepared LR. Implant spec. tried but can’t do more implants due to bone loss/ dropped sinus from ops into sinus to remove dental debris. Can you advise me pros and cons of having full upper partial denture and some partial denture LL v. sinus lifts and bone graft form hip to upper quadrants and LL. I’m a fit 50 and value my looks. Are there any flexible latest dentures ( no molars o fix onto)
