Please Help Dr, I Have Gaps In My Teeth And I’m Afraid To Smile, What Can I Do?

Please Dr Patel, I am 16 years old and I had one of my incisors removed at the age of 12 because I had a tooth which was not growing under the gum but above it. Up until now that tooth has not grown and I only have two incisors on my upper jaw. One out of the two, which I mentioned earlier and the other one removed and has refused to grow. I also have gaps in between my teeth. Please doctor I really need your help with this, it’s really been hard for me to smile in the past four years because I don’t want people to get disgusted as that is how disgusting I feel my dentition currently is. Thank you, I hope you can provide me with any information or advice.
