Our experienced orthodontic assistant is undermining our new Doctor, what should we do about it?

Q.
Is it possible for an Orthodontist to put a power chain from the Upper 3’s-6;s on an initial 014 niti wire?.
We have a new Doctor and we have experienced Assistant. We work in a managed Orthodontist office. The assistant. has been claiming that she has never put a power chain on an 014 Niti, and so she refuses to. Is her experience more knowledgeable than our new Doctor? please tell me because this is a question that has been on my mind. What would be an Orthodontist reason for this type of procedure. Should the assistant be even questioning any Doctors treatment, as there is different methods that the Doctor will obviously use? Thank you.

Every orthodontist has there own way of treating people, I have seen some orthodontist start with power chain early , in my experience I would prefer to wait until a little later down the treatment, your assistant should speak to the Doctor to discuss this.
