NHS dentist told me to have a small filling but the private dentist said it is not a good idea advice

Q. A NHS dentist at a previous check up recommended that I have small fillings put in 4 of my bottom front teeth to stop them chipping further. However, I have dental insurance with a private dentist from whom I have had rout canal treatment carried out on other teeth and he advised me that this would not be a good idea. My teeth are not painful and the chips are not very noticable. I am slao in my fifties.

A. It is very difficult to give you an answer to this when two different dentists disagree and I have not had the opportunity to see your teeth.
I would advise another opinion or go with the dentist you feel more comfortable with
