Q. i have seriously bad teeth i need help quickly i have not been to a dentist for 5 years because of cost i need a surgery where i can pay weekly or monthly

I would recommend that you arrange a consultation appointment with a local dentist, many of whom can offer free initial visits. At this appointment, the dentist would be able to advise you of the treatment which you require, as well as the associated prices. Many practices do now have the facilities to offer monthly payment schemes, including interest free credit. However, if this is not available to you, at least you will be able to plan the appointments you need according to your finances, and just spread the treatment over a longer period.
